We work out of the Cocoa Beach Country Club auditorium with high ceilings, more than ample space to social distance and the instructors are up on the stage to as a precaution. Your temperature will be taken when you come in , must wear a mask to enter and exit the building. If you have any questions, feel free to email me. We are adding online experiences for members. Join Sally for exercise and balance classes. A few fun links to Line Dancing, Mahjongg, the Book Club and other activities to enjoy while you are quarantined.

We were founded by Mary Louise "Mother" Morgan and officially became a 501(c)3 non-profit on March 28, 1984 signed by (then)Secretary of State, George Firestone. Originally named Freedom Seven Senior Citizens Community Center.
Now- 36 years later - we are still the local, grassroots, non-profit with the same mission statement "to provide wellness, educational, social and recreational activities (primarily) for seniors in Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Merritt Island" - but open to adults of all ages and from all areas.
We long for our own home one day, but since 2005 our "temporary home" is inside the Cocoa Beach Country Club. We are open Monday thru Thursday, 9am- 4pm.
